1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
✅ Unused and in original condition (unworn, unwashed, no damage).
✅ Original packaging must be intact.
✅ Return request initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards and downloadable digital products.
- Personal hygiene items (e.g., towels, bath accessories) for safety reasons.
- Clearance or final sale items.
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

2️⃣ We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
3️⃣ Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving return confirmation.

3. Refunds Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- If the return does not meet our eligibility criteria, we may refuse the refund.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please place a new order and return the original.
7. Cancellations & Order Changes
- Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this, we cannot guarantee cancellations as processing begins quickly.
- Address Changes: If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.
